Good to know.
Do you take a commission?
No. You pay a flat monthly price for your plan and a small fixed fee per online order (from 10p), whatever the order value. A £60 family order costs you the same fee as a £6 coffee.
How do I get paid?
Payments go through Stripe, straight into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank. Fabioso never holds your money. Stripe charges its standard card processing fees.
Can I keep using Just Eat, Deliveroo or Uber Eats?
Yes. Plenty of restaurants keep the marketplaces for finding new customers and use Fabioso so their regulars can order direct, without the commission.
Do I need a website already?
No. Fabioso builds you one from a template, and you can edit every page yourself. If you already have a domain name, you can point it at your Fabioso site.
What equipment do I need?
Just a phone, tablet or computer with a web browser to take orders. When you’re ready, add a Star or Epson receipt printer, a kitchen screen, a status board or a self-order kiosk with a Stripe card reader. Any tablet or touch screen with a web browser will do.
Can customers book a table too?
Yes. Table bookings are built in, with confirmation emails, reminders and optional deposits for bigger parties. Bookings follow your opening hours and your tables.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Choose a plan and add your payment details to carry on. If you decide Fabioso isn’t for you, do nothing and your trial simply ends.
